Additional Questions
✔️ What kind of license or registration do I need to start?
You do not need to obtain your own Ministry license to start. When you partner with us, your school operates under a registered Ontario Board School Identification Database (BSID) number that we help secure on your behalf. We provide full support for the Ministry of Education inspection process, and guarantee approval under our model.
✔️ Can we deliver classes in our home country while using your online platform?
Yes. You can deliver the Ontario curriculum virtually to students anywhere in the world using our proprietary LMS (Learning Management System). This includes both asynchronous (self-paced) and synchronous (live-taught) delivery, depending on your staffing. You can also integrate local support or tutoring as needed—while keeping all official credit tracking centralized through our system.
✔️ How are grades, credits, and diplomas tracked and issued?
Our LMS handles all grade tracking, reporting, and course completion in alignment with Ontario Ministry standards. Final marks are reviewed and approved by an Ontario-qualified principal. Upon completing their courses, students are issued official Ontario Secondary School credits and, once all graduation requirements are met, they receive the Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD)—recognized by universities worldwide.
✔️ What if I need tech support or help onboarding students?
We offer comprehensive onboarding and ongoing support. This includes:
Guided staff training
Curriculum walkthroughs
Tech setup assistance
Helpdesk support for both teachers and students
Ongoing access to a partner success team that ensures your school runs smoothly from day one
